Phil Maynard is a nationally-recognized coach (ICF Certified), consultant, author, and trainer working primarily in the area of congregational development. He is the author of several books and a wide variety of training materials focused on effective ministry and discipleship.
Before taking an early retirement to enter a full-time ministry of coaching, consulting and training, Phil served as Director of Congregational Excellence for the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church.
