Reverend Cathy Townley is a worship specialist, focusing as a coach and consultant in new starts and existing churches. Additionally, Cathy coaches numerous new start projects in Minnesota and the Dakotas, her home Conference and Episcopal area. She has started worship services and churches and loves to coach new start and turn around projects of any kind. She has extensive experience in the Healthy Church Initiative (HCI), and she has worked alongside Jim Griffith – Griffith Coaching Network; Martha Grace Reese — The Unbinding the Gospel Project; and the Center for Progressive Renewal in Atlanta Georgia. Cathy often leads training opportunities for churches including how to develop competent and compelling worship services in any church, and how to lead worship transformationally with passion and skill.
Kay Kotan is a nationally known, professionally credentialed coach, consultant, and author specializing in church vitality, discipleship, and outreach. A Layperson, Kay lives in Kansas City, MO.
Bishop Robert Farr of the Missouri Annual Conference of the UMC is nationally known as the creator of The Healthy Church Initiative. A former church planter and senior pastor, Bishop Farr is influential on matters of church health.
